This template is designed for building maintenance businesses. It features a carton building image with three workers at the left bottom of the form. It supports multiple-level discounts.
This template is based on Five Price Percentage Levels (Sales) (c4014). For each item (product), you can set five prices. When creating an invoice, you pick items by clicking the "Select Product" button; all prices are retrieved from the database and shown on the sheet (but outside the printable area). You can then enter the "discount level" value.
To pick up the actual price according to the discount level, it uses an Excel formula like this:
=CHOOSE(oknDiscountRate,0,Q20,R20,S20,T20) =ROUND(IF(ISERROR(V20),0,P20*(1-V20)),2)
