Export Excel Flowcharts Directly to High-resolution PDF or Image Formats

Seamlessly share and present your diagrams with built-in professional publishing tools. The add-in allows you to export Excel flowcharts directly to high-resolution PDF or image formats, ensuring your visual maps retain razor-sharp clarity whether they are embedded in a PowerPoint slide, attached to an email, or saved for digital archiving. To make physical documentation completely painless, you can leverage print-ready layout configurations that let you precisely control margins, canvas dimensions, and charting ranges. This guarantees your automated diagrams are perfectly framed and beautifully aligned for hard-copy printing or formal reports, completely eliminating the frustration of awkward page breaks or clipped text boxes.

Seamless Office Cross-Compatibility (Native Shape Copying)

Bring your diagrams into your reports and presentations without losing the ability to edit them. With the dedicated "Copy" command directly on the Excel ribbon, you can duplicate your entire flowchart instantly.

Unlike standard tools that copy diagrams as static, un-editable images, this feature exports the chart as a fully grouped, native Office shape object. When you paste your flowchart into other Microsoft Office applications like Word or PowerPoint, it retains its complete vector integrity. This means you can ungroup the diagram, modify individual text boxes, change shape colors, or adjust layout dimensions directly within your slides or document pages, ensuring perfect design flexibility across your entire workspace.
