This work invoice template is designed for freelance workers who charge on an hourly basis. It has a word art logo that shows "WORK INVOICE", a "Work Description" section near the "Bill To" fields, and four columns that calculate totals using Excel formulas.
At the bottom of the form, there is a line for "United States Federal Tax ID.".
