This is a variant of the Hourly Service Bill Sample (c4025). It demonstrates how we add a new Tax column to create a new template.

Since the prices in this template don't include tax, it uses the following formula to calculate tax:

=ROUND(oknLineTotal_1*oknTax1Rate,2)

And the Line Totals are calculated using this Excel formula:

=oknQuantity_1*oknPrice_1
