This is a variant of VAT Invoice Template with Two Separate Rates (C5005). It differs from the original template in that this variant moves the VAT Rate into the printable section.
According to UK (United Kingdom) HM Revenue & Customs " Charge, reclaim and record VAT", for each different type of item listed on the VAT invoice, you must show:
- the unit price or rate, excluding VAT
- the quantity of goods or the extent of the services
- the rate of VAT that applies to what's being sold
- the total amount payable, excluding VAT
The original version does not include the VAT Rate column inside the printable section. To create this form, all we have to do is move the column for the VAT rate into the printable section.
