This template added a VAT rate drop-down list to the Service VAT Template (c4010). This allows you to pick a VAT rate from the list instead of typing it in manually. The drop-down menu is implemented using the Excel data validation feature.
The form has a similar layout to the original version because the major modifications are made outside of the printable area.
