This is a variant of the Discount Amount Column (c6010). It differs from the original one by changing the discount amount field to a percentage field.
In the original version, the line total formula looked like this:
=Unit Price * Quantity - Discount
To apply a percentage discount, the formula is changed to this:
=Unit Price * Quantity * (1- Discount Percentage)
