This is the second example of customizing Two Separate VAT Rates (c5005). It differs from the original version in that this one has both the VAT rate and amount columns moved into the printable section.
The previous example, VAT Invoicing Template with VAT Rate and Amount Column (c6002), demonstrated how to create a form based on c5005, which complies with the UK HMRC requirements of showing "the rate of VAT.
In order to adhere to these rules and requirements, we added several custom fields. For example, to the "InvBdy" table, we added 4 custom fields: "Applied Tax Rate", "Category", "Line Tax", and "Tax Category". These custom fields added to the database tables are mapped to Excel form cells.
