This is a variant of the Five Price Levels (Sales, Amount). It is suitable for service businesses as it moves out all the shipping-related fields.
This customized form uses the same database structure and field definitions as the original version. Please refer to the explanation of the original template for information about the price fields and how to set up prices and discounts for your prices.
The calculation of tax is also similar to the original version. As a sample of customizing the tax rules, it uses only one "taxable" checkbox in the detail section (but outside the printable area) to control whether to calculate taxes on the sheet.
