This form adds a new column, "Color", to its base template at Five Price Levels (Sales, Amount) (c4012). It is suitable for cosmetic businesses, etc.
The color column is a custom field defined in both the "Product" and "InvBdy" database tables. This means that for each product, you can set its color property, and the color values are filled automatically when you pick products from the database.
The five price fields are amount values but not percentage values.
