This form demonstrates how to add and use checkboxes on the commercial invoice form.
If you have visited Commercial Invoice: FedEx Style (c9002) and Commercial Invoice: FedEx Style (Landscape) (c9003), you may notice that the two templates use check boxes at the bottom of the form.
A checkbox is an ideal way to present a "yes or no" option.
In this template, a payment method option is added, which comprises three checkboxes: "L/C", "T/T", and "Other". Here, T/T means telegraphic transfer, or simply wire transfer; L/C means Letter of credit. For international trade, this payment detail should be useful.
The checkboxes should be named with the "oknWidget_" prefix. In this example, the controls are named "oknWidget_checkTT", "oknWidget_checkLC", and "oknWidget_checkOther", respectively.
