Here are the steps if you want to move a range of cells out of the printable range:
- First, you should unprotect the worksheet by clicking the "Design Mode" button on the ribbon.
- Now drag your mouse to select the cell or cells you want to move.
- Push your mouse key on the border of the selected area. Drag it to the new location (i.e., out of the printable range).
- Once done, exit design mode.
