This form is appropriate for organizations that provide web hosting or other services, particularly for small businesses like web hosting resellers that are not prepared for a complex accounting or invoicing system.
The template contains two columns: one for the amount and one for the description. Since the amount column is not determined by a formula like quantity and price or hourly rate, it can be manually changed. The template is therefore appropriate for general service businesses.
You can enter the service rendered in the "Description" section, for example, the hosting package a client bought from you.
In the detail section, the template comprises six lines. When you type a description, the term "Free" appears in the quantity cell. The entered amount shows up in the print area if you enter it in a cell outside of the print area. This feature enables you to prominently display the word "FREE" for the goods or services you provide for free. See the Gift Invoice for more information.
The template also has a payment slip attached at the bottom.
