This template is based on the Subscription Invoice Template (c7007). It has seven columns, including Start Month and End Month. It differs from c7007 in several ways, like sales tax, etc.
This template is suitable if your products or services are provided within a certain time period only, for example, hosting a web site, e-learning, e-magazines, etc.
Both the "Start Month" and "End Month" are defined as "Date" in the underlying database table "InvBdy".
