Organize your charges with our professional and modern design for service invoices. The green gradient of this billing form is added using a PNG image created using Photoshop.
Microsoft Excel itself does not include a built-in feature for gradient background colors. However, as a number of invoice samples show, it is easy to apply a background to the form, which is included in the invoices that you print or PDF invoices generated using the Excel template.
For example, at Simple Consulting Bill with Printable Background Image (c4085), we added a drawing picture of a businessman as a background or watermark.
This template is based on the service invoice template with payment advice (c2004). It has a "Remit payment to:" section, which is a section of static text. i.e., the text here must be modified when the template is in design mode.
This template has two columns in the printable section: "Description" and "Line Total". Both columns are manually editable.
