This template could be used by a print shop or mail room for a school district. Compared to the default template shipped with our app, in the Bill To section, "Name" changed to "Department", "Company" changed to "Contact Name", "Address" changed to "Department Code", etc.
Some cells, such as "Date Requested" and "Date Needed", are not defined in the default template. These are additional fields called custom fields.
