Detail
The form features a makeup artist head portrait on the top left and a cosmetics watermark on the detail section. This easily tells what services you rendered even without a word.
This template is based on Service Invoice with Payment Advice (c2004). This template keeps the payment advice.
The template applies an Excel "Picture Style" to the default logo image (the placeholder). This gives the logo image a rounded, 3-D look.
