This form was created for graphic and logo designers. It features a default logo image (as a placeholder) at the bottom of the form and a designer cartoon image as a printable watermark.
This template is based on the job invoice template (c5018). It looks very different when compared to the original one because we changed the theme of the Excel workbook file. If you want to change the theme yourself, first go to Excel's "Page Layout" ribbon tab and then use the commands in the "Themes" group.

The tax rates of "State Tax" and "Local Tax" are set to 8.00% and 7.00% by default. Again, these are placeholders and pseudo-rates that you should replace with your locally applied tax names and rates.
