This is another sample that contains multiple pages inside one template. It contains 60 lines on three pages. This template uses exactly the same database as the previous sample, 2-Page Invoice Template (c5081).
The layout form, like the previous 2-page sample, basically keeps the style of the default template shipped with our invoicing app. However, there are 3 custom fields added to the bottom of the invoicing form: "Labor Hours" (cell name oknLaborQuantity), "labor hourly rate" (cell name oknLaborUnitPrice), and "Labor Total" (cell name oknLaborTotal). These 3 fields are custom fields added to the "InvHdr" database table.
By using Excel formulas, you can easily define the relationships between fields. For example, in this template, the "Labour Total" value is calculated using a formula like this:
