This form includes two editable columns, Description and Amount, and a Taxable checkbox column.
It includes the "Ship To" section, which contains 5 fields, namely oknShipName, oknShipAddress, oknShipCityStateZip, oknShipCountry, and oknShipContact.
The formulas are set so that when a Taxable box is checked, the Amount of the current line is included when calculating taxes. This is done by using an array formula for a hidden cell named oknLineTotalTaxable:
{=SUM(oknTaxable_1:oknTaxable_6*oknLineTotal_1:oknLineTotal_6)}Note the "{" and "}" symbols in the formula, which indicate it is an array formula.
