This form is designed for event planners, such as wedding planners, catering planners, party planners, festival planners, and other event managers and organizers.
It is based on One Tax Column, No Shipping Address (c5002). This revisited form has a "Description" field next to the "Bill To" section. The "Description" field is named "oknNotes", which is formatted to show multiple lines of text by enabling "wrap text" cell format in Excel.
The "Tax" column has formulas defined that calculate tax if an item is taxable. The formula looks like this:
=ROUND(IF(oknTaxable_1,oknLineTotal_1*oknTax1Rate,0),2)
The total tax is calculated using this formula:
=SUM(L20:L31)
