Detail
A telecom consultant business sends estimations to their customers based on recommendation letters. This telecom consultant estimation template makes the creation of the estimations easy and quick.
The form contains three columns.
- "Our Billing for Professional Services": It is the Product Description column in the default template.
- "Estimated Savings": It is the Price (Unit Price) column in the default template.
- "Fee @ 50%": It is the Line Total column in the default template.
"Fee @ 50%" is calculated automatically from "Estimated Savings", using a formula like this:
= Estimated Savings * 0.5
The form has 10 lines in the detail section.
Following the service details, there is a declaration that says:
This invoice is an estimation based on our recommendation letter. The next invoice, due in approximately 3 months, will be based on actual savings. Any over/under estimations will be adjusted at that time.
