This form has a similar layout as the version at Singapore GST Invoice Template (Sales) (c6021), but the shipping address has been moved out of the printable area.
IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority Of Singapore) does not require a vendor to detail shipping addresses, but it is helpful if you do ship products. As IRAS requires, this form has one tax set by default: the GST (Goods and Services Tax) tax at a rate of 7%.
