The template works with both the Microsoft Store edition and the desktop edition of the app. Make sure you have installed one of them.

How to use:

  1. Download the EXE package.
  2. Double-click to extract the files into a folder. Make sure you have full access privileges to the folder, such as a subfolder inside “My Documents”.
  3. Open the template.

This form is designed with the "simple" and "lightweight" principle in mind. It uses only black font and no logo image (which should be printed on company letterhead paper). It's a clean and ink-saving design.

To make it suitable for your company letterhead paper, the form includes an empty line at the top.

Click the "Design Mode" button on the ribbon tab and adjust the height of row $3 (marked with the text "Adjust the height of this row to make it suitable for your company letterhead paper"). Click the "Print" button to test the print result. You may have to print it several times to make it suitable for your paper design.

This form has four columns in the detail section: Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Amount.
