Detail
This form includes a "Bill To" section, a "Shipping To" section, three columns in the detail section, and no sales tax.
In order to create a form from the default template shipped with our invoicing app, we moved the item#, unit price, and quantity columns out of the printable area, removed the formulas from the line total cells, and set the tax type to "no tax".
