This is a variant of the Service Invoice Form with Discount Amount (c5011). The template redefined several Excel formulas so the Discount field became a percentage value.
In this form, we modified the formula of the "discounted subtotal" cell as follows:
= Subtotal * (1 - Discount Percentage)
This way, the discount value becomes a discount percentage value.
Besides modifying the formula, the format of the discount cell should also be updated to show percentage values. To do this, first switch to design mode, and then right-click the Discount cell and choose Format Cells. On the Number tab of the Format Cells dialog box, you can set the format of the discount cell to be a percentage value.
