This form is designed for preschool education services that provide extraordinary academics and programs to students in a safe, secure, and encouraging environment, or provide fun-filled, action-packed educational summer camps and summer schools.
This template features 11 columns in the detail section.
The "Description", "Rate (Unit Price)", and "Line Total" columns work in the usual way. There are also seven "Date(s)" columns and one "Time" column dedicated to this form.
All seven date columns are formatted as "MM/DD/YY" in Excel sheets. That is, the "Date(s)" cells are designed to allow you to enter dates to detail when the education programs are performed.
The "Time" fields are calculated automatically using formulas like this:
=COUNTA(oknD1_1:oknD7_1)
In this formula, "oknD1_1:oknD7_1" identifies the fields of the dates. So this formula counts the number of non-empty dates entered on the sheet. For example, if you enter two dates, "1/2/23" and "1/3/23," under the "Date(s)" section for the "FT-BOWLING" program, the "Time" cell shows "2" because there are two non-empty cells under the "Date(s)" section.
