screenshot for Musician Invoice Template

This form is designed for musicians. It includes a stave background image and is formatted with Australian currency.

As a service invoice template, this form does not include the "Shipping Address" section. It includes only two columns, "description" and "amount".

Unlike the other two-column invoice templates, the "amount" field is calculated with Excel formulas, so it is not manually editable.

The formula assigned to the "Amount" field looks like this:

With this formula, if you enter a non-zero value into the "Amount saved to DB" column outside the printable area, the "amount" field inside the printable area shows the value normally; if the entered value is zero, then the corresponding cell inside the printable section shows the text "FREE".

With this mechanism, a musician or artist is able to show gifts clearly, and the client is able to know that he received something for free.

The "Advertisement" section is an auxiliary section. It allows you to put a brief description of your business and service, or you can also put your payment term or service term here. Note that this is a static text section. You can modify it once the template is switched to design mode.

Another feature of this template is the payment slip attached to the bottom of the form. The main part of the form has only six lines, leaving space for the added payment slip starting from the dashed line. The values of the customer name, customer number, invoice number, due date, and total amount fields in the payment slip section are automatically retrieved from the main form.
