This form is designed for lawn care companies, landscaping or yard maintenance companies, tree-removal services, etc.
This template includes four columns: Description, Quantity, Rate, and Amount. With the "Description" column, you itemize what is being invoiced, such as lawn mowing, edging, weed control, pruning and trimming, fertilizing, spring and fall clean-up, planting beds, tree trimming, etc.
The amount column was calculated using Excel formulas.
At the bottom, there are "Paid" and "Total Due" fields. If you need a lawn care job estimate format, you may like to remove these fields.
