This form is designed for landlords. The sheet has only one column for the details, so you can fill in any text to describe the property or contract.
An updated version of this template is available at c1011. To print two receipts on one sheet, see the sample at Two Receipts on One Sheet (c1012).
The business information section, which is titled "Landlord", can be filled with either company information or personal (individual) information. It is formatted in the same way as the "Tenant" section. However, the landlord section has all the fields locked.
