This template adds a number of custom fields to meet the requirements of international shipments.
In the top left section, there are three similar sections titled "Exporter", "Ultimate Consignee", and "Intermediate Consignee".
The "Exporter" section is designed for your own company or business information. The "Ultimate Consignee" is in fact the usual "Bill To" section found on many other templates. The "Intermediate Consignee" section is new and contains 4 custom fields, namely "Intermediate Consignee Name", "Intermediate Consignee Address", "Intermediate Consignee City, State ZIP", and "Intermediate Consignee Contact".
In the top right section, we usually put the "Invoice Number" and "Date" fields. Now it includes fields like PO Number, Terms (Incoterm), Proforma Invoice Number, Ultimate Consignee Phone, Exporting Carrier, Loading Pier, Origination State, Country of Destination, Exporter Contact Name, and Exporter Contact Phone.
This template also includes the "harm.code" column.
