Detail
A packing list, also known as a shipping list or packing slip, is included with product shipments to detail the contents for the recipient. A packing list can also be used as a bill of lading that shows information about the order's delivery.

The spreadsheet calculates weight totals automatically. The template has fields for Packing List Number, Shipping Date, Customer ID, Ship To Address, Payment Terms, and Shipping Method, and for each shipped product, you can detail the Product #, Description, and Quantity.
At the bottom of the form, there is also a note field that allows you to enter any comments regarding the order and shipment.
