This form features a cargo ship image on top of the form. The cargo ship is a JPG image inserted into the spreadsheet as a "Picture" object.
To keep the cargo image on the PDF file generated by our app, it is named "oknWidget_cargo". Any images and objects without the prefix "oknWidget_" in their names will be removed when generating PDF files, such as those buttons on the spreadsheet.
