Detail
This form has two taxes at the bottom. The detail section allows up to six items.
In order to create this template from the base template at c2020, we hidden the last six lines in the detail section.
Note that the "Thank you for your business" message at the bottom of the form is an Excel shape object. A shape object gives you more options for customizing the look and feel of the message.
