This template demonstrates how you can add the feature of change calculation to an existing form. This is useful for businesses that receive payments in cash frequently.
The template adds three new fields to the left bar of the form. The first one is titled "Total", which is the total amount the customer has to pay. The value of this cell is gotten from the "Total" cell at the bottom by using this formula:
=oknTotal
The second cell is titled "Paid". It is named "oknPaymentBeforeChange". This is an editable field, identified with a special background color.
The third cell is "Change". The cell has an Excel formula cell assigned:
=oknPaymentBeforeChange-oknTotal
As you've already known, this is the amount of change you have to pay back.
