Do you want to place a beautiful image on your service bills? It is actually easy to do with Microsoft Excel and our invoicing app.
Putting a business-related image on your bills can easily make your documents lively. It is an easy way to make your clients remember your business, and it is also a chance to get returning customers.
This template is a revised version of the Simple 2-Column Service Bill Sample (c2003). Like the original version, it has two columns in the detail section: "Description" and "Amount". Another column, "Product ID" (i.e., "Item #"), is placed outside of the print area.
The summary section contains four fields: "Shipping Cost" (cell name "oknShippingCost"), "Total" (cell name "oknTotal"), "Paid" (cell name "oknPayments"), and "Total Due" (cell name "Balance Due"). These fields have been moved from the bottom of the sheet to be near the "Bill To" section.
The most noticeable customization of this billing example is the addition of an image, which shows a pleased customer family at the bottom of the form. In this example, we set the opacity of the picture to about 60%.
