Sales Invoice Template for United States

This template is not bound to any specific industry, but it shows the United States theme with various elements.

It is based on the Sample Sales Invoice Template: Using Handwriting Signature (c5038).

In this revisited version, the signature image was removed, but you can add your own signature back by following the steps described in c5038.

To express the theme of the United States, a watermark image is added to the background of the sheet. The watermark is a PNG image with the opacity set to 10%. This makes sure the foreground text is visible and clear.

The watermark shows the Statue of Liberty, a simplified map with the capital, Washington, DC, highlighted, a head portrait of an Indian, a big US dollar symbol, typical American food like hamburgers and chips, two American footballs, the Golden Gate Bridge, and a cowboy standing near a giant cactus with two guns in his hands.

The tax rate in this template is a hypothetical setting for California. There are still variants to consider depending on your industry and city. Taxing rules vary from state to state in the U.S., so you may need to talk with a local tax authority to make sure your invoices are legally valid.
