This is a variant of the original Discount Amount (c5011). It was updated so that the discounts use percentage values.
The form has one tax set by default. Click the Settings button on the ribbon, and then go to the Taxes tab. Choose from Non-Tax, One-Tax, and Two-Tax. You can also set tax names and rates in this dialog box. Several other options, such as "tax invoice total including shipping cost", "tax 2 is applied to tax 1", and "Tax rate can be zero", are also available in this dialog box.
