By moving the shipping address fields back, the original template (cn003) becomes a template for a sales invoice (cn001) that supports a per-customer discount amount.
The controls, such as the text labels of the shipping address fields, the "select a shipping address" icon button, and the "Same As Bill To" button, are also moved back to the printable area.
