screenshot for Packing Slip for Clothing Store or Manufacturer

This packing slip template for clothing stores and manufacturers was created based on Clothing Store (Manufacturer) Invoice Template with Item Pickup Buttons (cm004).

This form was created by moving the "Unit Price" and "Line Total" columns out of the printable form. As a general rule, this price-related information doesn't have to be on a packing slip. For the same reason, all the fields under the detail section, such as "Subtotal", "Tax", "Total", "Total Due", etc., are moved out too.

If you want to place a packing list form and an invoice form on the same Excel worksheet, a sample can be found at c4078. To place it on the separate worksheet, the sample is c4080.
