This is a variant of the Netherlands Sales Invoicing Template (c6009). It differs from the original version by removing the shipping address section.
The default tax rate is set to 19%. If you want to change this, click "Settings" and then visit the "Taxes" tab.
The sales version of this form was originally designed for a clothing company that has a Size ("Maat" in Dutch) column. In this form, we keep the "Maat" column but change the caption to "Uur". If you don't need it, you can easily move it out of the printable range. The result is also available for direct download at c5051.
