Detail
This form uses a number of custom fields to detail the engineering service offered by a business.
For example, this form uses two custom fields on the heading part, Product Number and Project Description, which allow you to record detailed information about the engineering service project. This type of advanced feature cannot even be found in some complicated and expensive bookkeeping or accounting systems.
This template has one VAT tax defined at the bottom of the form. The tax rate cells have also been moved out of the printable form.
This template also includes space for you to add a handwritten signature image at the bottom of the form. Like the default LOGO image placed on the heading of the form, if you need to keep the signature image in the extracted copy, the image should be named with an "oknWidget_" prefix.
